Sliding Gate Mechanism Application:
The ladle slide gate mechanism consists of a base, support frame, slide block, spring assembly, and drive assembly. The mechanism is divided by the upper and lower slide plates as the interface, with the base and support frame being the fixed parts, and the slide block being the movable part. The upper nozzle brick and upper slide plate brick are fixed within the base and remain stationary, while the lower slide plate brick and lower nozzle brick are fixed within the slide block. The slide block can move back and forth within the support frame. A constant and uniform interface pressure is established at the moving interface through the spring assembly, and the power source drives the slide block to move reciprocally via the drive assembly, thereby achieving throttling control of the molten steel.
