Tap Hole Brick Preparation method and Features:

The taphole is composed of composite materials, radially from outside to inside, including the outer high-carbon part and the inner low-carbon part, wherein the carbon content of the outer high-carbon part is 10% to 20%, and the inner low-carbon part The carbon content is 3-6%;

the preparation method steps are as follows: after high-speed mixing, the raw materials for the outer layer high-carbon part and the inner layer low-carbon part are prepared, and after being molded, high-pressure molding is formed to form the outer layer high-carbon part and the inner layer low-carbon part. The carbon part is then dried, soaked in oil, dry distillation, and sand cleaning in sequence to obtain the finished product.
